I’m Andrew, founder and director of ACE Scientific in Ottawa, Ontario. For more than 25 years, I have worked for government and private sector organizations (such as Deloitte, PwC, Aligned Si) through business transformation, digital modernization, service improvement, and operational change. My recent work has focused on automation, AI-enabled modernization, and helping organizations use technology to improve how work gets done.

I bring more than 20years of transformational executive leadership experience across business consulting, project delivery, service design, finance, human resources, legal, operations, and technology. I specialize in building practical systems, streamlining business processes, improving client and user experiences, and creating services that help teams deliver with greater clarity, speed, and confidence.

I hold an MBA from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from the University of Ottawa, along with PMP and ITIL certifications.

At ACE Scientific, my focus is on building a trusted, modern equipment rental and environmental services company that supports environmental site assessments, remediation, monitoring, and field activities with reliable tools, responsive service, and practical innovation. My goal is to help clients complete their projects efficiently, safely, and sustainably through modernized and streamlined equipment rental procedures.​

I’m Jason, and I’m excited to serve as the owner, President and Managing Partner at ACE Scientific in Ottawa, Ontario, since March 2025. With over 15 years in the environmental sector, I bring a deep passion for sustainability, shaped by my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Master’s in Environmental Science from the University of Guelph. My studies in environmental chemistry, biochemistry, and natural processes inspired me to build a career focused on protecting our planet. I’ve called Ottawa home for 15 years with my amazing wife and two daughters.  

I began as a Technical Sales Representative at Solinst Canada, mastering surface and groundwater monitoring, and later took on leadership roles at Pine Environmental Services LLC and Maxim Environmental and Safety Inc., managing Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments across Ontario, Quebec, and Nunavut. 

At ACE Scientific, I oversee sales, rentals, and services for site assessments, remediation, groundwater monitoring, and more. I’ve called Ottawa home for the last 15 years, supported by my amazing wife and two daughters, and I’m passionate about building connections to create a vibrant environmental consultants community here. My focus is on building trust—offering tailored solutions, hands-on training, and high-quality tools to make your job easier.
